We have now added a second canoe to our Team due to the response from various people who want to join us. The canoe has been purchased and we take delivery of it in January 2011. There may be a few slots left open if anyone wishes to join us for a week or two. You don't have to commit for the whole six weeks. Send me a note if you are interested.

A team of six of us took the Koo Koo Sint onto the waters of Drayton Harbour near Blaine, WA., for a test cruise on 05 October 2010. We paddled for about an hour and surprisingly didn't tip it over. We even learned how to paddle in unison and switch sides without too much disruption.
Left to right: Denny DeMeyer, Bernie Kilonsky, Gord Thomson, Diane Gregory, Mark McGladrey, and Robert Allen. Mount Baker is showing its colours just above the fog just to the left of the flags.
